• Student Loan Enrollment Verifications

  Each year, the Clearinghouse processes over 100 million enrollment verifications at no charge for colleges and universities throughout the US. Participating guarantors, lenders and servicers that use the Clearinghouse to perform enrollment verifications underwrite its operating costs.

• Enrollment Verifications for Student-Based Service Providers

  Schools that participate in EnrollmentVerify can extend their core Clearinghouse enrollment verification service to include inquiries from providers of student-based services, such as health insurers, credit issuers, travel, etc. Service providers can conduct verifications online through our secure Web site.

• Degree Verifications

  Through DegreeVerify, we provide degree verifications for participating schools to employers, background search firms and recruiters. Commercial verifiers can conduct verifications online through our secure Web site. Those with DegreeVerify accounts can also perform IT and professional certification verifications. 

• Educational Research

  By subscribing to StudentTracker, schools can query enrollment and degree records from our more than 3,300 participating colleges and universities in order to assess student acquisition and retention performance. They can also obtain up-to-date enrollment and degree data for prospective, current and former students. StudentTracker for High Schools enables high school districts to follow their graduates transition to college. StudentTracker for Outreach Programs helps measure the college success of outreach program participants.

• Student Self-Service

  Students can print enrollment certificates and view their enrollment histories and verifications, for no charge, via the Web.

  • Transcript Ordering allows your students and alumni to order transcripts via the Web. Every step of the transcript ordering process is automated enabling you to provide 24/7 service while reducing your administrative burden and costs. Electronic delivery of transcript PDFs is available, along with digital signature and rights management options to ensure document integrity.

  A free half-day workshop that teaches you how to get the full benefit of the Clearinghouse services in which your institution participates.
